Diane Keaton’s former Beverly Hills home has come under contingent offer nearly a year after it first hit the market for $25 million. The late actress’ sprawling Spanish Colonial-style estate was most recently asking $18.5 million, after enduring multiple price cuts and repeated stints on and off the market.
