Emraan Hashmi has tested positive for swine flu (H1N1) after falling unwell following recent work-related travel, including a trip to Ranchi. The actor, who has been enjoying the success of 'Awarapan 2', reportedly underwent testing after feeling unwell for several days, with his results returning positive.
