BENGALURU: Karnataka high court came down heavily on Whitefield police, with Justice M Nagaprasanna suggesting that the police station be renamed “Darkfield” for allegedly detaining an Udupi man booked in a suo motu case even before his deadline for appearance before investigating officer had expired.
